Cover Reveal: The Alchemy of Shards

The Alchemy of Shards.

This is the new book cover for my latest release, which should be available for purchase this Spring.

The Alchemy of Shards2 (2)

(From Devoured): “Barefoot, I moved through the woods like a hurricane. They were at my heels, sticks and stones in their hands. Promises to burn and bury me alive were upon their lips. Their eyes glowed with a hatred that ignited my path like flames.”

What is the spark which ignites the flame of scorched souls? Where does the chasm of broken spirits begin? Do we ever truly know what, or who, is responsible for the split in our very foundation, the shattering, the shards and slivers of debris? In this collection of short stories, characters are forced to face, examine, and come to terms with the consequences of gashes left to heal unattended to.   “Don’t Blink, Don’t Turn Away,” “Devoured,” “Good Guy,” “More than Broken,” and “The House Across the Street,” are only a few of the new titles in this book, and as a bonus, I have included some of the short stories from Undone.

This book of short stories will also contain excerpts from my Summer release, the story of Monroe Song, a woman who is struggling, failing, and drowning, trying to find her place in a world that has left her at the brink of insanity. Her husband, Carter, is a cold-blooded murderer ….

Monroe’s oldest son, Karter, once idolized his father. Karter is now haunted by his father’s face, words, and the massacre that is now his family legacy.
How can Monroe and Karter move forward when life has forgotten them? Then, again, with everything so distorted, why not spiral with the storm?

I love the short stories-great book when traveling and don’t have time to dive into a long book

    • Exactly. Goodness knows time is nothing to play with!
Thanks for stopping by, Erin :-0
